We do hope that all of You are now Safe and Healthy and the Covid-19 shall not bother You. We are pleased to advise you that up to now, we are all safe and healthy.
We would like to inform you that in order to obey and support with the Recommendation and Encouragement of 15-Day for Social Active Quarantine and Distancing Of the Vietnamese Government, from April 01, 2020 to April 15, 2020, all Members of our ELITE LAW FIRM are going to work remotely from home to ensure the safety for everyone from the Covid-19 Pandemic. Our internal operation shall not be affected much to guarantee our commitment in providing our high-quality services to every our esteemed Clients during the said time.
In addition, from April 01, 2020 to April 15, 2020, activities of the Authority States of Vietnam such as the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (the NOIP) shall be carried out by online process and/or by registered post. Accordingly, some activities may be delayed or limited. We do hope that you can understand and share with us in these unexpected cases, if any.
Also, although the NOIP continues to work in full capacity, from March 31, 2020 to April 15, 2020 through online services, it has announced that all the designated deadlines relating to registration rights (priority claims, submission of additional documents, responding to the NOIP’s Office Actions, renewal, maintaining validity, payment of fees, filing appeal/oppositions) falling in the period between March 30 – April 30, 2020 shall be automatically extended to May 30, 2020 to accommodate applicants who may have difficulty in meeting the NOIP’s deadlines.
