Trademark Registration in Cambodia
I. REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING TRADEMARK IN CAMBODIA
- Information
i. Full name, address and nationality of the applicant;
ii. Detailed description of goods/services and international class(es) under NICE classification.
2. Required documents
i. Trademark specimen (electronic form);
ii. Certified priority document, where priority is claimed. Priority data (application number, date and country) is required at filing;
iii. A Notarized Power of Attorney of applicant in favour of ELITE LAW FIRM (under our form)
III. TIME LIMIT
Time frame for registration of a trademark in a smooth case (withour objection/rejection) from filing to grant of a trademark registration is normally 6-7 months.
III. VALIDITY TERM
A Certificate of trademark registration is valid for 10 years from the filing date, renewable for unlimited times, each of 10 years.
